H <sub>∞</sub> Robust Frequency Control of Wind Turbine Generators and Electric Vehicles in Isolated grid

Abstract Wind turbine generators (WTGs) occupy an increasingly larger share in power system. WTGs isolated grid lead to fluctuation and decrease system inertia. To reduce frequency deviation due or wind speed change, model of is established based on deloading control. Considering that will have institutional wear because frequent regulation, which would short the life WTGs, a robust control strategy proposed. electric vehicles (EVs) are used this strategy. suppress disturbances uncertainty parameters, H ∞ controller solved using linear matrix inequality (LMI) methodology. Time-domain simulation results shows adopted methodology can during fluctuations changes.
